The Dry Garden
This garden faces south along 28th Ave North, and features Sumac and ‘Spring Wonder’ Sargent Cherry Trees, which were planted in September, 2013, to commemorate the 100th Anniversary of Japan’s Gift of Cherry Trees to the United States. The cherry trees are in peak bloom in mid - May. This garden, which will lead to a future Japanese Garden, is currently under construction this summer. It will feature a dry creek, ornamental rock, and a walking bridge.
