Hina Doll Reception at the Fargo Air Museum

The Northern Plains Botanic Garden Society welcomes the public to join them at the Fargo Air Museum (1609 19th Ave N, Fargo) on February 27th for a free program to celebrate Hina Matsuri and the culmination of their month long Hina Doll Display. 

Start the evening at 6pm with a cup of green tea while exploring Japanese culture with oragami and other kid-friendly activities.  

At 6:45pm join Dr. Ann Braaten, associate professor of practice in the Department of Apparel, Design and Hospitality Management and curator of the Emily Reynolds Historic Costime Collection at North Dakota State University, for a half-hour discussion on the history and importance behind the Hina Dolls. 

End the evening by touring the Fargo Air Museum and enjoying all this local attraction has to offer.
